Volunteer

By now, you’ve heard that Bryce broke his foot! Many of you have offered to help, so we’ve created a volunteer schedule that will keep us organized, and with your help, hopefully allow us to continue to grow food for y’all this season.

About Volunteering:

When: Sunday’s - Friday’s

Time: 8am - 12

Location: Junction City Farm:7396 Hungarytown Rd. Blackstone VA 23824

What to Expect: Each day is different and we have a number of farm tasks that will need to be completed. You may help us harvest, plant, wash and/or pack produce, pull weeds, trellis, and so much more! It’s summer and you will be playing in the dirt, so wear clothes you don’t mind getting sweaty and dirty.

What to Bring: A reusable water bottle; hat and/or sun glasses; rain gear (weather depending); sun screen; comfortable work shoes (closed toed)
